Automation and Intelligent System Integration project of Shenzhen East Lake Water Plant Expansion and Transformation Project

Donghu Water Plant, the first water plant in Shenzhen, marks a new milestone in the city's journey toward smart water management. With over 60 years of history, the plant is being upgraded in two phases, each with a treatment capacity of 300,000 tons/day. Phase I includes the construction of two comprehensive dosing rooms (serving up to 600,000 tons/day). Dosing systems include seven types: 1# Dosing Room: alum and PAM 2# Dosing Room: lime, potassium permanganate, carbon dioxide, chlorine, and powdered activated carbon
Shenzhen Donghu Water Plant is the first direct drinking demonstration smart water plant with advanced treatment technology to begin construction in Luohu District. The project aims to build a benchmark smart facility that enhances urban water supply quality and serves as a model for digital water supply systems.

Starting from the intelligent empowerment of water plants, Langerui creates personalized smart plant station solutions for East Lake water plants. Combined with the process characteristics of East Lake, the whole process is coordinated to consider the selection and configuration of the plan, the whole process is controlled, the development and design are controlled, and the supply quality is strictly controlled in the whole process, so as to realize the intelligent dosing of ozone, potassium permanganate, PAM, PAC, sodium hypochlorite, lime, powdered carbon, carbon dioxide and other agents.
