Procurement project for dosing equipment for in-depth treatment project of Zhuao Water Plant

The current design daily treatment capacity of the Zhu'ao Water Plant is 500,000 m3/d, and the deep treatment project of the Zhu'ao Water Plant has added 500,000 m3/d of deep treatment. Among them, a newly built dosing room and a remineralization workshop in the plant area are used for the addition of PAC, sodium hypochlorite, lime and carbon dioxide in the whole plant. The current dosing room for the first and second phases of the status quo is considered to be changed to office or other functional use, and the current dosing system will be integrated into the newly built dosing room.

Zhu'ao Water Plant is located in the core of the Shenzhen Bay Area. It is currently the largest star water plant in Baoan. The water supply covers Shenzhen Airport in the north and Qianhai Free Trade Zone in the south. It undertakes the water supply tasks of 2.6 million people and is related to the drinking water health of millions of households. Shenzhen Langerui will apply smart factory station solutions in the Zhu'ao Water plant dosing project, comprehensively adopt advanced technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and digital twins, and integrate advanced automatic control, intelligent process brain, and intelligent production auxiliary system to build a multi-scene, high-value, and strong core integrated smart dosing. The plant station platform realizes the intelligent control of the whole process of the water plant dosing system and the information management of the whole life cycle of the equipment, and creates a safe, intelligent, efficient, friendly, advanced and unique “smart dosing plant intelligent body”. So as to establish a leading benchmark for the transformation of waterworks in the water industry, help comprehensively improve the quality of urban water supply and the display of the brand spirit of Huanshui Group, and create a demonstration point for Shenzhen and even the whole country to deepen reform and opening up and innovate water supply models.
