Five-finger rake sodium hydroxide project

The design scale of the five-finger rake water plant is 300,000 m3/d, and the newly built sodium hydroxide dosing system is arranged in the lime dosing room of the water plant. The maximum designed dosing capacity is 20mg/L (30% NaOH concentration meter), and the dosing pump is added according to the pH ratio of the effluent from the carbon filter.To meet the requirements of the carbon filter effluent operation, three new 150L/h diaphragm metering dosing pumps have been set up, two for use and one for use, and the maximum dosing capacity of the dosing system is 300L/h.

The integrated equipment of the sodium hydroxide dosing system (skid-mounted pump set) adopts a modular design to reduce on-site installation time. The integrated equipment has a remote alarm function, that is, when a fault occurs, the equipment can automatically remotely alarm the master control room and automatically upload fault records. When the system issues a fault alarm, the personnel on duty can receive the alarm information in a timely manner through the control room, APP, SMS, telephone and other methods, and process it in a timely manner. In daily operation, the on-site sensor signal feedback calculation is used to automatically and accurately add up to achieve less or unmanned management.
