Qiankeng Pumping Station is the water intake pumping station of Longhua Qiankeng Water Plant (design scale of 230,000 cubic meters/day). The renovation project of the powdered activated carbon dosing system of the Qiankeng Pumping Station intends to build a new powdered activated carbon dosing system at the Qiankeng Pumping station.
The construction content of the powdered activated carbon dosing system project of Qiankeng pumping station includes the construction of powdered activated carbon silos, preparation tanks, and liquid storage tanks, the installation of powdered activated carbon dosing equipment and facilities (dosing metering pumps, etc.), the layout of dosing pipelines (dosing pipelines, pipe ditches, etc.), and electrical (control cabinets, cables, etc.).And auxiliary materials, etc.), automatic control, monitoring systems, etc.

The control part of the project adopts an integrated control room, which integrates the control system and the air compressor system in an integrated container, which has the following advantages： (1) Rapid deployment: it adopts standardized container packaging, the control system is pre-integrated with power, energy storage and other modules, and only needs to be connected to the power supply to run on site. (2) Environmental protection: The container shell is made of corrosion-resistant materials and equipped with independent cooling and fire-fighting systems, which can operate stably under harsh conditions such as high humidity and large temperature differences.
