KKP2417-M lime powder carbon addition project (Dayong Project)

This project belongs to the technological transformation project of Shenzhen Water Affairs Group Co., Ltd. (Nanshan Branch) and is located in the Dachong Water Plant. This project intends to build a new integrated investment and installation facility, the scale is calculated at 350,000 m3/d (considering the current situation of the Dayong Water plant, there are overloaded operating conditions). The dosing equipment adopts a large silo-type integrated dosing device, and the silo is located outdoors. Including the purchase of silos, feed transports, dosing pumps, booster pumps and automatic control systems and other dosing equipment.
The designed dosage of lime is 1~6mg/L, and the designed dosage of powdered activated carbon is 5~15mg/L.

In order to ensure unobstructed powder cutting, a powder accumulation elimination system is provided, and air vibration is used. After the powder is accurately measured by the feeder, it is transported by a screw conveyor to the dissolving tank. The dissolved water is injected in a certain proportion at the same time, and a certain concentration of solution is formed by stirring through a mixer. The prepared solution is added from the screw pump to the dosing point, the dosing amount can be controlled quantitatively by frequency conversion, and the dosing point flowmeter is set at the dosing point, which can clearly and accurately display the dosing amount. The flow rate of the screw conveyor can be adjusted linearly according to the water inlet volume through the frequency converter to form a certain concentration of carbon slurry, and the dosing concentration can be set on the PLC as needed. The entire dosing system is automatically added according to the automatic control signal. When the dosing amount is large, the dosing can be achieved by changing the frequency and increasing the number of pump sets. When the dosing amount is small, the working conditions of the dosing pump can be met by reducing the dispensing concentration or reducing the operating pump set.
